Gaining Weight During COVID-19 Lockdown

It's been three weeks since I've been able to leave my home. The Bahamas is currently has a state of emergency in place, and we are on a 24 hour lockdown.

I've lost track of what day it is along time ago. It's exhausting being indoors. After this lockdown is over, I don't have to go out to any parties or anything like. I want to be able to return to my healthy life. I have always been a pretty busy person. I would be running from practice to practice then meeting to meeting. It was a non-stop kind of thing. Having that said, I was moving a lot and rarely found time to eat. Having that said, I was able to maintain or lose my weight often. As an athlete, I spend most of my time working out, so if I ate fast food or junk food, I knew I'd be able to work it off in practice.
Either way, I like to exercise. I want to keep moving, but since I've been inside for about three weeks, I think I've gained about ten to fifteen pounds. It's ridiculous. It's hard no being able to workout. I miss going to the gym to lift for like three hours, hitting BP with my friends, and going to the beach. I'm already overweight, so staying inside isn't help.
This week I started to find a resolution to my problem. I am going to see how I can eat less and healthier at home. In addition to that, I'm going to start a homework plan so I can begin to get moving again. I hope this pandemic ends soon because my face is getting fat. COVID-19 isn't something any of us expected, but it's something that we will get through.
